What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Take on an empty stomach. Do not take with proteins. 30-60 min before bed for sleep.
⚠️ Caution: DO NOT combine with SSRI/SNRI antidepressants (serotonin syndrome risk). Consult psychiatrist.
