💡 Absorption: Oral glutathione degrades in the stomach. Liposomal or S-acetyl-glutathione forms have much better bioavailability. NAC is a precursor and may be more economical. Take on an empty stomach.
⚠️ Caution: Generally safe. May reduce the efficacy of chemotherapy (consult oncologist). May cause abdominal cramps in some people. The liposomal form is better tolerated.
Recommended doses
Range: 500 – 1500 mg
Combine with NAC and vitamin C to maximize effect
Range: 250 – 1000 mg
Liposomal form preferred. S-acetyl glutathione also a good option
