L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea that promotes relaxation without drowsiness. Improves concentration and reduces anxiety.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Works well combined with caffeine to improve focus without jitteriness. Effect is rapid (30-60 min).
⚠️ Caution: Very safe. No significant side effects at normal doses. May potentiate the effect of blood pressure medications. In those under 18, use only under medical/pediatric supervision.
