What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Niagen (Chromadex) is the most studied form. Can be taken with or without food. Typical dose 300-1000mg/day.
⚠️ Caution: Well tolerated in clinical studies up to 2000mg/day. More human safety data than NMN. May cause mild nausea and niacin-like flushing in some people.
