💡 Absorption: Take with the main meal to reduce fishy burps and improve absorption. Triglyceride forms are better absorbed than ethyl ester forms.

Interactions with other supplements
Both have anticoagulant effects. Combined, they may increase the risk of bleeding.

Omega-3 at high doses (>3g/day) can enhance the anticoagulant effect and increase the risk of bleeding.

Combination may increase the risk of bleeding due to additive antiplatelet effect.

Omega-3 has an antiplatelet effect that may add to that of clopidogrel, increasing the risk of bleeding.

Omega-3 a dosis altas tiene efecto antiagregante plaquetario que puede empeorar trastornos de la coagulación.
