Adaptogenic plant that improves resistance to physical and mental stress. Reduces fatigue, improves cognitive performance, and may improve mood.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Extracts standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside. Do not take at night (may cause insomnia).
⚠️ Caution: May cause insomnia if taken late in the day. Avoid with SSRI antidepressants. Do not use in bipolar disorder.
Recommended doses
Range: 200 – 600 mg
Extract 3% rosavins 1% salidroside. In the morning

Take at least 30 min before activity
