Green Tea (EGCG)
Epigallocatechin gallate, the most potent polyphenol in green tea. Antioxidant, thermogenic, neuroprotective, and may have anticancer properties.
💡 Absorption: Take on an empty stomach or between meals (proteins reduce EGCG absorption). Vitamin C improves stability. Do not take with iron.
⚠️ Caution: Doses >800mg EGCG/day associated with hepatotoxicity in rare cases. Do not take with iron (reduces absorption). Contains natural caffeine.
