Vitamin B Complex
Complex of 8 essential B vitamins for energy metabolism, nerve function, and red blood cell production. Includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 (biotin), B9 (folate), and B12.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Methylated forms (methylfolate, methylcobalamin) are preferable for people with MTHFR polymorphisms. Take in the morning as they may provide energy.
⚠️ Caution: High doses of B6 (>100mg/day) long-term may cause neuropathy. Urine may turn yellow (normal, due to riboflavin).
Recommended doses
Range: 1 – 2 capsulas/dia
Methylated forms preferable if MTHFR polymorphism is present
