Precursor directo de la serotonina. Se obtiene de la semilla de Griffonia simplicifolia. Puede mejorar el sueno, estado de animo y control del apetito.
💡 Tomar con el estomago vacio o con un carbohidrato ligero. No tomar con proteinas (compiten por absorcion). 30-60 min antes de dormir para sueno.
⚠️ NO combinar con antidepresivos ISRS/IRSN (riesgo de sindrome serotoninergico). No combinar con tramadol ni triptanos. Consultar psiquiatra.
